there has to be some loot worth fighting for. No money in the company. We know Sciano's shares are held in Auctor P/L rather than his own name: and even if all his wealth were accessible, how much would that come to per option/head?
IMO the best you could hope for is a slap on the wrist for the directors and maybe a ban for a couple of years. But I think that is unlikely.
