Put simply GDN directors have, via the "turn over a new page in relationship report", misled the ASX, the ACCC and the investment community and given misleading advice to option holders.
But if the ASX, the ACCC and major shareholders couldn't care less then who gives a.
Option holders who don't own shares in the company get no say in the GDN affairs. But that's life.
