tcf *Option holders who don't own shares in the company get no say in the GDN affairs* IMO that's how the company wants to keep it... no challange to GDN affairs, alot of massive options held which had they been converted would've meant a good percentage of shares held, thus giving the power to have a say.For that reason IMO the options were never going to get close. As for who cares? you care, I care, alot of others care, and I think the market has been mislead many times now, "ROW approved" ummm noooo obviously it wasn't, not what was claimed thru the ASX to the market adding to th other you have just listed.
