You are partly correct thisisjamo. The SP is what it is. We won't [IMO] see any real change starting to occur at earliest before mid 2014. It is hard however to dismiss the SP just on pure asset foundations. Very few Companies are factored that way. That is the basic and to [or from] that the Company prospects are added or subtracted. We rightly deserve to have been marked down.

The matter now is in the handling of the Company. The SP could be better driven by speculation but we are not getting any news, nor have we for a significant length of time, that we can hang our hopes on. All speccies be they miners, oilers, bios, are driven by speculation interlaced with news on progress and updates from management and Board and in that regard we are being let down. Just because we are highly speculative does not mean we have to accept shoddy or lazy decision making. Why should we not hope for the SP to be higher? We proved it can be done when we hit 88c. but we had to consolidate because we hit 10 billion shares in the old terms. Well, in those same terms we are now at 25 billion shares and headed for anywhere up to 40 billion. The consolidation just made dilution easier [or at least less obvious] and it has to stop.

The Board show their confidence by not wanting to touch the stock with their own money and the management can't seem to find any good news they can spread to assist the SP.

The dilution obviously had to occur but the distribution of shares has been to some who had no intention of holding and their sell off [which still continues] is tearing at the SP. This is not the first time and unfortunately won't be the last.

Yes, the shares had to be issued for the banks to finalise their end of the deal. We know that.

BUT, no, the dilution is not disclosed in the current prospectus and it is most definitely NOT part of the financial deal. Not at all. That is in the past [2012 AGM]. We had already approved the shares for the placemen then. The prospectus is only asking us to approve them AGAIN so they can put aside yet another huge amount [somewhere between 30 and 80 million] shares to further dilute the Company without need to ask our approval as to who they are given or why. This prospectus, while asking to approve the previously placed shares [which doesn't need approval as they already got it at the AGM] is only being done so they can get those shares back to reissue in future. Just more dilution.

As far as dealing with it or selling out we have been DEALING WITH IT for a long time now in most cases so your advice in that respect is hardly required and questioning our belief in the stock by "with it or sell out" is to belittle those who have held through thick and thin and continue to do so. We have earned a right to be heard through having stumped up our money and we look to the management and Board to show some leadership. In the past year they have disappeared yet at the same time grown in number.

We have faith in the model, the end picture and the rainbow but the current Board, Senior Management and IR need a reminder of who's money they are playing with and that we need a lot more action [or at least news] so that interest can be stimulated which will translate in to a better SP.
