Absolutely spot on 100 percent correct Gaanp!!!!!!! You are in tune with myself and what trickery this company continue to do and thereby fooling the fools who don't read reports etc etc. This management led by AB know that most shareholders won't read the reports and so they get through continually each resolution which dilutes all of us. For most it's too complex to read and understand but they know this fact and its legalised robbery IMHO. That's why they aren't too eager to have the large instos and fund managers on board yet because those large companies would have power to object and make the Newsat management accountable on every decision. For AB it's always been about control and power and I'm sure he feels like its his own company but guess what? IT'S NOT ITS OURS.
