Ok, I don't spend too much time on this stock ... so let me know where i've gone wrong ... I've clearly misread the disclosures to ASX because here's what i believe, and hence why i'm frustrated with HC posters that feel hard done by the dillution ...
Resolution 1: to approve allotment of 84m ordinary, that were placed back on 28th Feb this year... see the document lodged with asx on that date that noted 232,656,250 ord shares to be issued.
Resollution 2: approval and exercise of warrants 21.5m @40c to CCK. See the prospectus issued on 25th Feb (page 33).
Resolution 3: approval of conversion of convertible notes $30m issued to Tycoon Ltd ... this issue is disclosed in page 33 and 65 of prospectus ...
