As I read the recent update released to the market, it is implied that there will be no more shipments for now due to:
- limited production capacity
- cancellation of current WISCO contract
- pending negotiation of new WISCO contract (separate to Shougang).
Everything seems to be pending resolution of the CMSB ownership debt and ownership issue, that, again from what I read, won't be settled until debt deadline in Feb 09. That seems to be the milestone, achievement of which will allow negotiations to proceed/finalise and funds to be released.
Please share if anyone knows otherwise...
