Have you not read Anns from the company or actually understood what GDN did to get the POV JV lease??
Once gain an unusual Ann/3B Ref 12/1/2012 in so much GDN purchased Honoratus holdings/investments lock stock and all smoking barrells for 300mill fully paid shares and 300mill options but neglected to identify the shareholder/s and referred to them in the 3B as "honoratus shareholders". If they no longer own the Honoratus entity how does GDN term them as shareholders of Honoratus rather than the actual name of the Australian Investment Group.
Why the smoke and mirrors? Is it legal to describe your largest shareholder as Honoratus shareholders in this vain??
Back to the same question - who is this Australian Investment Group?? and is anyone associated with GDN part of this group?
Why was the Ann of Aquisition made in mid Oct but deal not completed until mid Jan? Surely not to keep it getting detailed in the half yearly??
Why are there so many unaswered questions when it comes to GDN doing business?
Anyone got some answers..........??
