Rosy - remember for them, every single share is profit - if they want out they will feed the market what it can sustain to a level they are satisfied with their return. Most companies who offer a deal such as GDN did, deem the shares in escrow for 12/18/24 months to ensure such an event does not happen until a period of establishment of the prospect is reached.
It appears no such clause was undertaken with this deal. If i was a shareholder, I would want to know why?? or why not??
As I keep on saying, you need to read more into how this company operates to understand why it is at 1.8cents when in effect, it was $2.56 all based on innuendo, hope and a prayer!!
If I was going to proffer up my hard earned into GDN I would want confidence in knowing the 300million SH was not going to dump his holdings, in part or in full, anytime soon or in the near future. Where is the guarantee of this not happening??
Conspiracy theory or a fair call?
Cheers
Stocky
