So Shifty - you are saying they sold to an unnamed Australian Investment Group (newly listed offshore Cyprus company Honoratus Holdings), the deal included the company as a whole entity but then distrubuted the 300million shares to what they call the Honoratus shareholders individually based on their investment in the Honoratus Holdings.
Unusual way to do business but then if someone needs something hidden, they need to do things to keep it this way. The question is why and who are they? One would assume their holdings would appear on the top 20 share holders list as the major holder previously listed to top SH as having only just over 1% of shares and lowest of this list under 1/2%. But of course this hasn't been updates for months and months on the GDN website!
