I would think Glencore Xstrata are more concerned about maximising the value of Las Bambas in the upcoming auction process - rather than CDU.

I am watching CDU with interest to see what is the outcome, I hope for all the holders sakes, that the project delivers, but
I think they will be sadly disappointed.

If Rocklands really is as good as they believe, they (as shareholders) should be pressurising CDU to release the data to the market, so the market can correctly value the company - and the share price will react.
