Greenpines you know your theory about M & G selling to related nom accounts under the 5% radar would be classed as criminal fraud if it were to be proven to be correct ?even as a " theory " this must sailing pretty close to the wind on the hot copper posting guidelines.

The Xmen have no interest and no chance to take over rocklands with the Chinese holding 30% of the register so if your theory was proven to be correct its more likely to be a Chinese entity ( IMO )

I have no doubt that some entities are shorting and others accumulating at the same time . Of course this would not possibly be on inside info would it ?. I suspect Hoots that you have never been in a position where you have done any serious research on Nominee accounts in your life. Or just how costly and difficult it is to find out legally the various identities behind these accounts .And the people who open these accounts would never be smart enough to put then into related part entities : would they?
