Sav pharmasset was in informal discussions with Gilead for 3 years before they made an offer for $11 billion!!!
If the offer had been made at the first meeting pharmasset would have missed out on about $10.5billion.
These things need to develop but at the same time Biotron need to meet their targets..If they say trial results will be released end of quarter then so be it... otherwise under promise and over deliver.
There is always scope for a left field announcement with her and overall most who converted options would be satisfied so far.GL holders.
