Explain this:
UGL made an announcement about "selling or splitting"their property division. They DID NOT go on a trading halt whilst they negotiated the deal . MONTHS after that announcement they announced the sale of the property division for $1.2 billion.
What was the difference with Karoon?
If you are going to argue market uncertainty during big negotiations, where is the consistency? The ASX can't have it both ways.
