Pear, you are the one calling it illegal. You are the one that needs to explain exactly why the ASX condoned illegal activity.( Which is what I asked)
As for comparing to UGL. Pfffft. If UGL didn't think it necessary, then they didn't request it. Not to say it wouldn't have been granted.
