This law suit pretty much says SMSL didn't want a cabinet of democratically elected officials making this decision to renew Lynas licence. They wanted one official with clear bias to make the decision to renew Lynas licence or not. What does that say about their agenda and what does it say about Yeo? They obviously had more faith that Yeo on her own would vote in their favour and SMSL interests were better served by Yeo than the cabinet.
