Is it possible that Norwood just pays an adevertising fee to appear on a website? Call it a "partner" fee?
Talking about the old XPE days....... XPE put an announcement out that they partnered with.... Microsoft..... It also appeared on the website of Microsoft as "partner". In the end all that XPE did was pay $2,500 to appear there......
To cut a long story short..... Without an announcement (that if it was material) needs to disclosed to the market......you can make up anything you want....
