I'm not sure that there is many big buyers in the market at the moment, mostly on the sidelines or tucked away in yield stocks. Its a traders market for now, with a bit of luck the ECB will do some good work tonight and that may get things moving some. Had a quick look at SIR's quaterly and the the story looks good and promising. A fair bit of hype on SIR at the moment which may be useful for a cap raise as they only look to have enough cash for another qtr, anyway good luck to them.
Vale while I'm sure make their strategic decisions with multi year outlooks may use the recent poor report and low IO prices as leverage in their discussions(negotiations) with AVB - Should hear soon and hoping for a good result.
AVB still seems to be flying under the radar, maybe when we blast through 600,000 tonnes and add a nice wad of cash from Vale it will get some attention.
