Its interesting you know on just what grabs the attention of the big buyers and what does not.
Look at SIR. Obviously a resource has been found valued and measured against the number of issued shares.
You would think this same logic whould apply to AVB. They have found substantial resource with significant upside probably more proven than SIR yet it still does not grab the attention of the big buyers.
It must come down to risk then. Is AVB a higher risk of not getting to production than SIR??
