As far as I'm concerned it's simple market psychology.

AVB had its SIR moment a few years ago. Price increased way out of line with reality. While good anns may have continued to come out, they became less startling. A good resource at 2% is not going to shock the market the way a 50% drill hit will.

While I know many posters here believe that AVB is undervalued, maybe that's a just a correction to the initial hysteria (a strong word, I know). And the market does tend to overcorrect.
