There are a lot of similarites but it seems to me that Levidian are very much focused on graphene production via a network of their Nozzles/LOOP systems distributed in a variety of different locations, with hydrogen as a byproduct, whereas Hazer are more suited to providing hydrogen in volume to plants at single sites such as petrochemical plants, ammonia plants and green steel plants in situ where the hydrogen is needed with solid carbon as a byproduct.

Looking at the picture of the unit in the UAE it is about the size of a shipping container, and quote: "The unit will be capable of producing over a tonne each of graphene and clean hydrogen each year," so not very much considering the size of the unit.
Similarly, a single nozzle, shown in the photograph below will quote "be capable of producing around 15 tonnes of graphene a year " which equates to only approx 5 tpa of hydrogen , so an industrial plant requiring, say 20,000 tpa hydrogen, would require 4,000 nozzles. I doubt it would be practical to install such a huge number of these nozzles at a plant. But for graphene production these nozzles can be in a distributed network, even in different countries, since the hydrogen wouldnt be needed in situ for a plant, and the graphene could be easily transported and consolidated.
So yes,they are definitely competitors but in a different market, IMO. Hazer really needs to get moving though !!!
