The potential reverse takeover deal announced last year, has fallen through.
They are currently negotiating with another company who may want to list on the ASX via an E88 merger, but if this falls through then the company will be liquidated.
In the event of a liquidation, you can then request a liquidation confirmation letter from the administrators, which you can pass on to your accountant and the ATO, in order to claim your capital loss for taxation purposes.
I will let you know on this site, if the company is to be liquidated, and who to contact in order to get your confirmation letter (for ATO purposes) from the administrators, because I will be doing the same thing at that time.
I will start a separate thread with "Liquidation Confirmed" as the title, at the time. If this occurs, then in it I will provide the administrator details, from whom you can request your capital losses ATO confirmation letter. You can then forward this to your accountant in order to claim the capital losses incurred.
Cheers,
Gw
