Correct. And because they fear a plebiscite, they want the politicians to vote and because politicians are wimps, they want to take it to a plebiscite. Just post all applicants a Marriage Certificate and get it over and done with. Put a pretty rainbow on their certificate. Oh, they wouldn't want that either, would they? Talk about conflicted, yes they do want it both ways or 48 ways if they could work out how!!! lol
