Just popped into 2 auctions in Beecroft today, 1 sold and 1 passed in on a vendor bit.
First one started at $1 million , vendor bit to $1075k then everyone walked.
Second one started at $700K , 2 guys jumped it to $830K in 10 minutes, real estate told the one bidder put it to $835K and it is on the market, he did (foolish), the second guy bailed out and the property sold.
I reckon it was a $750K property and the first one was $850K property, market still needs some coming back. Plus Minus 30 people at each.
