    Forget trying to value the assets, value this based on NPAT....

    $16.1mill per a half year.... $32.2m for full year.

    $32.2mill x 10 (P/E for low growth companies) = $322mill..... I never, thought I would say this.... but BLA seems undervalued.

    Trade the trade... make some money, or lose some money.
