By looking into the late SP appreciation, I think very positive announcement tomorrow (unless P & D, which I don't think so), and yes this is a leaky boat too as we have seen this type of surge in SP just a day or two B4 the announcement, hold your breathe guys !!!
PS : I might pull out my sell order at 4.5 cents if the news is too good :)
