One interesting area for the article to address would be the government's regional labour scheme. Are participants in the "regional labour scheme" subsidised by the federal government, perhaps with the subsidy counting as part of our foreign aid budget? What better place to spend foreign aid than in subsidising a domestic Australian business by providing it with a cheap labour force?
