You have to ask yourself that given 2/3 of the Market cap is held in cash.......why is MAK not the centre of a simple takeover????
Take the cash, flog any other leases for an extra 2 bob put the mine into care and maintenance..... just in case things turn in a couple of years and there is another bubble and so a chance to flog it to another penny dreadful again.
My guess is because every other company sees MAK as not worth any more than the cash it holds.
You have to ask yourself that given 2/3 of the Market cap is...
