Renewing the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) licence for Chinese labelled a2 Platinum® Infant Formula is a critical project: • Dossier submitted to SAMR and technical review expected to be complete by end of April. • Onsite audit to be conducted by Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) (an NZ government department) on behalf of SAMR likely in June/July. • Re-registration decision expected by end of 2022.
