    BAL keeps saying it is still being confident to get the SAMR approval. As I am a long term holder, I would like to discuss about SAMR in this thread.
    Please do not say it is just a joke or dream.

    BAL seems still waiting for a even site inspection. It’s really taking time! Why? I understand many just say it is dream, but does it just take time?
    Another waiting just begins.
