I believed a site inspection is compulsory now.
European brands, site inspection started last October, formal SAMR approvals received 1 April 2019.

According to BAL announcement, also stated a site audit to come.



Beijing Business News (Reporter Qian Yu Yao Qian) On April 30, the State Administration of Market Supervision announced the 48th batch of formula registration information, Junlebao, Hangzhou Qiandaohu Kangnuobang Health Products Co., Ltd. and Hunan Zhanhui Food Co., Ltd. Three companies in the company received 21 recipe registrations.

Among them, the registration of the three formulas of Junlebao Junheng Dairy was approved, namely Junlebao to 臻 infant formula (0-6 months old, 1 section), Junlebao to 臻 larger infant formula Milk powder (6-12 months old, 2 sections) and Junlebao to 臻 infant formula (12-36 months old, 3 sections). In addition, 9 formulas of 3 lines of Yintong Shiguang and Meilunjia of Hangzhou Qiandaohu Kangnuobang Health Products Co., Ltd. were approved; 9 formulas of 3 lines of Zhuofu and Mengyu of Hunan Zhanhui Food Co., Ltd. Registration is approved.

It is noteworthy that the State Administration of Market Supervision announced on the same day three unapproved formulas for infant formula, namely the Dairy Nutraceuticals Limited overseas company's three goat milk formulas.
