    Great to see shareholders rallying on this issue. Sandys, imo you're doing a great job championing the cause.

    I am hopeful that the feedback provided both here and by email to TB will soon lead to a clarification of the LTIP proposal and its performance criteria. Hopefully that clarification will show the proposal is worth voting for rather than against, and restore belief in management.

    I've now added my email to those that have already landed in Terry's inbox...
