Samson Oil & Gas is moving its U.S. headquarters from Lakewood to downtown Denvers LoDo.

Berne, who worked as the companys tenant agent, said Samson expects to be in its new 4,700 square foot headquarters at 1331 17th Street by May 1st. The company is excited about this dynamic new location, in the heart of Denvers oil and gas industry, Berne noted. While best known for commercial real estate work in Boulder and Broomfield Counties, Berne frequently represents clients throughout the metropolitan area.
