They do keep happening & IMO they’re either
1. Not listening
2. Couldn’t give a rats
3. Or whoever’s proofing needs the Arz
Personally I think it’s all three
Had considered a dedicated thread, but that would make it too easy for the Co, they should have a proofing process & make sure it’s happening, they can’t rely on shareholders to do for them what they should already have in hand
Sometimes only way to bring about change is to force it.
Just an opinion
