DM doesn't need to explain the tech to the world.

He's not Tim Cook, slinging shiny iPhones to consumers.

Nor is he Elon Musk, trying to get people to buy into his vision on personal mobility electrification.

There are only a handful of customers he needs to sell this product to. And they don't care for shiny presentations given in front of a rapturous crowd.
They care about hard, measurable data, which they would prefer stays in the hands of as few people as possible.

He doesn't need to sling this to us as investors so we feel better about our investment decisions. If you aren't happy with the level of information, do the leg work yourself, if you still aren't convinced, sell! If you can't see the path forward, sell! The ASX listing was a path to access capital and provide liquidity to investors. That purpose is all but fulfilled by 4DS' current strategy.
