Samsung could be liaising with Harvard for specific products. No problems being sceptical of dot joininings, as FF says, we're all a bunch of anonymous posters so take everything with a grain of salt.

Imagine if Samsung was an EAP, their engineers could still be joining forces with Harvard Uni for more research into the product and see what/how they can utilize this tech. Brainchip support team are there for support. Samsung still has to come up with ideas of how to create it.
