It's a good deal SKi BUT it's for Sconi only.
Imo, other companies would want to also get into Flemington Project but might be put off having a competitor as a large shareholder in OZ.
After all its a cut throat world out there.
That's a negative for the deal imo.
But you can't have it all. And I'm quite sure SKi will be able to utilize the rest of AUZ's NiCo resources so it doesn't matter really now. Deal Done, Job Done.
