    I WARNED all shareholders of a possible takeover, I gave my reasons as to why I expected it to be Samsung and the possibility of disclosure issues and here it is

    Now expect a second TO by Samsung AGAIN!! Or by a competitor at a much higher premium 10-14c

    last resort a OEM deal with Samsung which is still HUGE!

    we won't see 5c
