    The bottom line : a giant in the CE is interested in taking over NUH for its IP/Tech.

    If a giant like Samsung who invests billions into research and development can't develop these tech in-house, the takeover to me demonstrates this, then who else would be keeping an eye on NUH!?!

    Would it be fair to say Samsung looked at shareprice...added 20% premium and made and offer...before due diligence and knowing maybe what the company is really worth?
