Page 18 of AFR today states that a speeding ticket has been issued and a response is forthcoming this morning.
It also says that South Korea's Samtan, a 10% shareholder is "in the frame for a joint venture over the Springsure Creek project"
It is reported that Bandanna will re-iterate this morning that it is still in talks with a number of parties and is yet to sign a binding deal
