I know I am in the minority BUT I will be voting NO.
With due respect I would think that Samuel Terry is acting for its own benefit and I would not think it is an altruistic organisation, working for "Down Trodden Investors". Please make your own minds up U for one am happy with the dividendsand St Kilda Rd will (In my uninformed opinion ) only become more valuable.
Listen to ALL informed opinions would be best I reckon.
