Hi Fred, great to see you here on HC.
It seems the simplest way to vote (seeing I may not be able to reach Sydney for the meeting) is to send in a YES proxy. Can you tell me please whether the proxies are independently handled and reported on? How can I be sure that mine is included in the YES vote?
