New asset, circa 100K bpd, 5k bpd JV share, significant production increase from current levels.

ST takeover FAR with its neighboring blocks to WPL Sangomar project. Offers WPL future expansion of Sangomar project with strong links to existing JV minor partner HZN.

Potentially good strategy for ST and HZN.
