"10. The trials will begin ASAP as soon as Benitec gets the thumbs up on the IND from the FDA. Everything is complete and set to go."

It's been over week since Derek's conversation with management so my question is (again) if "everything was complete and set to go" over a week ago, why hasn't it gone? What is the delay? To me, not submitting the IND says it was not complete and ready to go. So either this was just a case of not choosing their words correctly or the IND was not ready to go and the communication was just more of the same inaccurate information that we have become accustom to.
