I just asked Carl about this.
He said the countdown has not begun yet but it is very close of course.
The recept number is just for te electronic transfer.
He also commented he would LIKE to seethe options over the line and did not say ( as reported here) that he was confident. The reality is that not much can happen now to get them over.
This is what I have always suspected and the investment community will be waiting for the dilution possibility to be erased before injecting their hard earned.
