Hi there, long time lurker, first time poster. I'm in the tech industry and have just got back from a very recent tech conference in San Francisco. Interestingly, I noticed that Hot Copper last Wednesday reported on the speech from the VP of EA Interactive/Playfish suggesting that someone in the Social Games industry was likely to generate a $1 billion a year from a single game. Amazing stuff. One of the other interesting things from the conference was the 'noise' about Mooter and Hot Shot. Appears that Mooter is being closely followed and talked about there. An interesting snippet circulating is about an apparent significant and personal connection to one of the industry majors - hard to get anything of real meaning in regards to who.
