only a fool who never understood the oil market would believe Russia is NOT making a bucket load of money from oil and gas, in the last 7 months.

look at the bigger picture -oil price IS declining , russias transpot costs are increasing - this is comparing to the start of the war which was the comment I responded to

...and then the cost of war

awash with cash - calling bulldust on that !
Only a fool would say that and imagine russia is capable of financing the war from it's revenues .
