I'll let you know. I am working through the bids. Most of the time for logos or design work it's easy to get what you want. I paid about $1,000 three years ago to get some simple programming done and I had one guy who couldn't do it and another who did it so badly I shelved the project which I am submitting now. Usually you get loads of binds from people who have no idea about the project who then seem to work out how to do it or sub-contract it themselves. It's really hit and miss in my experience. I'll see how it goes this time.
