Agreed but I wouldn't say management has shown much enthusiasm for change. COVID has made it hard to tease out, but the core business of the "freelancer marketplace exclusive of Freightlancer" seems to be in a death spiral.
If you assume Freightlancer is making similar or slightly better numbers to what it made at acquisition time, the implication is that the core business of FLN is declining in revenue. Meanwhile quarterlies and annual reports are more or less the same stuff. "Look, shiny NASA stuff!"
