I emailed and messaged via Messenger direct to the company. No response from them by email and on Messenger they said they are reviewing their policy. I have definitely received bids from people claiming to be from Russia. They also had a feature where you can pay extra to have one of their team recommend Freelancers to you. From what I can tell they haven't added any value and it was probably done by an algorithm. This business needs to do something to convince me to keep holding!
